The Lonely Crags border on Kelowna’s Kettle Valley subdivision and comprise of Helipad, Lonely Boy, Hall of Thieves, Lonely Girl and Lone Pine. The close proximately to town and west facing exposure make them ideal for evening climbs in the summer. Most of the grades are 5.10 – 5.12 and on gneiss rock. Top-roping is popular at Helipad and the Hall of Thieves, and Lonely Girl is a great place for those learning to lead 5.10. The climb, Lonely Boy (on Lonely Boy) is a Kelowna classic. Lonely Crag climbs range from 8 to 18 metres.
